Here’s what to expect during our time together.

THE ESSENTIALS

  • Module One: Birth Chart Fundamentals
    In this class, we’ll explore the basics of the horoscope so that you have an understanding of the chart’s construction, including: Elements, modalities, quadrants and hemispheres, angles and points

  • Module Two: The Pantheon of Planets (Archetypal Units)
    In this class, we’ll dive into each planet, the sign and house it rules (archetypal units), as well as the karmic intentions of each

  • Module Three: More About the Planets (Astronomy)
    Together, we’ll journey into the realm of planetary orbits, retrogrades, and the lunar nodes of the Moon (aka Destiny Points), which reveal your Soul’s destiny!

IMPORTANT NOTE
Reading your birth chart takes years of study and practice — and confidence, too! I can’t teach you to be an astrologer in only a few hours. 

What this class will teach you are the basics of chart reading so that you have the framework for advancing your studies further. This framework isn’t theoretical or psychological, but technical. 

For example, I’m going to teach you how to play the game of baseball; I’m not going to teach you to be a baseball player … Yet. You’ll get there, but first things first, right? 😊

Hi, I'm Eileen, and I help you understand yourself better using the ancient wisdom of the cosmos!


My life has been defined by a lifelong pursuit of spiritual knowledge and understanding, beginning earlier than I can remember. I’ve been immersed in astrology since about 10 years old. I am a second-generation Evolutionary Astrologer and was taught by my mother, a Master Astrologer who studied under Jeffrey Green’s tutelage. I’m an editor of The Evolving Astrologer, a publication of the Organization of Professional Astrologers; and formerly, I was the Lead Editor at the esteemed magazine, The Mountain Astrologer in Grass Valley. I am also an accomplished nonprofit fundraising professional of 15 years.

A native Californian, I have traveled extensively and satisfied my cultural curiosity by traveling through — and living in — Africa, Asia, and Europe. I hold a BA in Psychology; and Philosophy and Religion; and an MA in Women’s Studies in Religion. I’ve studied everything from Greek philosophy to Zen Buddhist meditation, to the I Ching (Chinese) and A Course in Miracles (Christian).

You could say I’ve been rather single-minded about accessing the Divine! As such, I have a strong spiritual practice that keeps me grounded and nourished amidst our continuously unstable reality. I bring my spiritual and psychological experience to each conversation so that you leave with an understanding of your astrology, as well as specific tools to deepen your connection to Spirit.

Above all else, I sincerely enjoy helping people. I am friendly, optimistic and multi-passionate. My clients (and friends!) frequently remark on my capacity for empathy and my ability to help them shift their perspective.

And that is the reason I have dedicated my life to teaching and practicing astrology: because I know it can help YOU understand yourself better too. When you understand yourself better, you can live your life courageously, from your heart. Then, you can serve others and the Divine from a place of authentic love because you are embodying your deepest spiritual insights and modeling to others how this looks in daily life.
