We are wrapping up Leo Season this week! The Sun moves into busy bee Virgo on Monday around 8pm.
It's your last chance to really laze about like a proud lioness this summer before you're bombarded with to-do lists, detox plans and self-help books.
(Ha! Virgo is not messing around with its dedication to a healthy Mind-Body-Spirit!)

The last few weeks, I've focused a lot on the intersection between the archetypes of Emotion, Creativity and Purpose. (Leo is nothing if not on-fire passionate!)
The latter two topics especially hold the promise of some great fulfillment that all humans yearn for.
But, there is an essential ingredient required for you to step into your Purpose — COURAGE.
Hell, I would venture to say that Courage is actually one of the most fundamental archetypes of the human experience.
Courage is often misunderstood as being fearless, though the actual definition is to do something in the face of fear.
In other words, fear and Courage are inseparable!
And Leo is not afraid to face its fear.
While Creativity and Purpose are particularly pretty topics that hold our attention longer than most, few people will actually find the Courage to take action on their passion.
It's the Voice in Head, of course. There's always some excuse, some criticism, some very logical reasoning for not doing what your heart is calling you to do, am I right?
One of my fave entrepreneurs, Amy Porterfield, says, "If you don't have the confidence, then grab the courage."
I LOVE this quote so much because it reminds me that there's really nothing I can't do if I find the courage to at least start.
This week, rather than self-inquiries, I want you reflect half as much as you ACT.
(I'm not suggesting you abandon good judgment, though. I'm a Capricorn, that would be madness.)
I'd be willing to bet that you know exactly what fear is holding you back and in exactly what area of your life.
I'm going to lay a little grade school fire sign safety advice on you:
STOP giving so much radio time to the Voice in Head and do tune into your heart instead.
DROP the endless excuses that prevent you from doing what you secretly long to do anyway,
and ROLL with your heart's Creative calling, even if it seems odd, silly or terrifying for some reason.
For the love of all things holy, grab the courage and ACT, even if you've gotta dig deep!

This Saturday at 12.56am, Mars, the Lusty God of War, moves into the intellectually chatty and curious sign of Gemini.
Uh oh. Double Trouble.
Normally, that would be about a six week transit, but this time, it's going to be seven months — allllll the long way through March 25, 2023.
I'll be talking about this transit at intervals in these weekly digests because it's kind of a big deal.

Be suspicious of feeling like you're a know-it-all or impulsively executing on your ideas. As the I-Ching would say, these are rooted in ego, and you'll likely regret any action you take under their influence.
Remember, the heart and the mind are not the same, and action taken from quiet wisdom bears tastier fruit.
Regardless, you'll have the opportunity to really explore how your triggers get the best of your mouth; and how you can use your mind and your words like a sharp knife.
Will you use it to cut through ego and false beliefs to find mental clarity? Or, will you cut others down with your thoughts and words?

Who you think you are may not be what others perceive.
