As the music junkie you know me to be, I can't help but equate the current astrology with another chart topper, "Under Pressure." The Bowie-Queen masterpiece is popcorning its way through my headphones!

We've been under a multi-year evolutionary fast track that I've been calling The 2020 Trilogy. During this time, we've been operating against the backdrop of various prevailing cosmic energies that crescendo at intervals. This week is one of those moments.
The intensity of the current transits will be felt most strongly this Sunday, July 31 and Monday, August 1.

The individual and collective pressure we've been feeling to align ourselves with our personal destinies, is now being met with:

While that may sound pretty, this isn't peaceful energy. This is the energy of rebellion, shocking events and disruption generally.
While I don't wish to instill fear, you definitely need to be on the lookout for situations that will provoke you.
You're likely to be feeling frustrated or irritable. Even the most mild-mannered may want to pick a fight this week.
Here's some suggestions for mitigating the impulsive and aggressive feelings you may be having:
Double down on your meditation practice and physical activities to stay present in the moment and blow off steam.
Wherever possible, avoid taking impulsive action. Don't interact with people/situations you know to be volatile or triggering if you can avoid it.
Take extra care when doing routine activities, like cooking (using fire, knives, etc.) or driving, as these energies can cause accidents and conflict. (And if you are in a dangerous line of work, you need to take extreme precaution over the next week.)
Uranus is the Great Awakener.
He's the earthquake, the lighting bolt, the flash of insight that catalyzes growth. He's anything but gentle and comforting! The Great Awakener is determined to further progress and radically shift your Higher Mind, whether you like it or not!
Under transits like this — and depending on where it falls in your personal horoscope — you can experience spiritual insights, epiphanies and life-changing events (similar to eclipse energies). Be prepared!
The good news (you know, I always got you with a silver lining) is that we're getting beautiful, harmonious energy from the Moon, Venus and Pluto during Sunday and Monday's intensity.
